neighbor has cameras facing the parking lot and is instead facing problems for having them in the first place as they are prohibiting it. They keep failing to provide adequate security and continue to allow this kind of theft. This is not the first time nor are we the only residents who have had their cars broken into or had parts stolen over their stay here. Absolutely unsafe place to live and we are on our way out before the line of material possessions is crossed. Management is being adamant about not doing anything to prevent this from happening again so don’t bother bringing your family and belongings here. If they are not going listen to our concerns the least I could do is bring awareness to any potential renters, Brookstone is by far one of the worst candidates in the area. Not to mention their failure to address repairs. We have been complaining about the stove not working for 6+ months and all they do is tell us to take out the burners and put them back in in order to get it to work EACH time. The bedroom AC was moldy. The living room AC keeps leaking dirty water causing mud. It took them forever to fix the fridge door when we initially moved in. These are only a few of the many frustrations experienced while living here.
