Save yourself the headache
June 30, 2025I’ve had no AC Since April. I’ve called, sent an email and put in 6 work orders since April. The work orders are completed but the work isn’t being done. Still have no AC.Property Manager Responded

DON'T DO IT - SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE
November 7, 2024I know it's tempting to look at this property cause of the price and maybe even location but you'll regret it! I lived their for a year. AWFUL. The leasing office has more turnover than McDonald's which means there's always new faces and inconsistent service. The leasing office is HORRIBLE at communication so don't expect a response to your requests and definitely not one without an attitude. Maintenance is a joke and if you have an issue like no A/C in the middle of the summer, you'll be hot for ...weeks. Fridge breaks? Days and even weeks without help. If you think Leveco, the owner will help? Think again. They are completely unresponsive. It will be a frustrating nightmare that will cost you time and money.Property Manager Responded

Old Units
September 16, 2024I’ve lived here less than one year and have submitted over six maintenance requests (mice, clogs, electrical fire and A/C). When we moved in the apartment wasn’t ready which should have been a sign this wasn’t going to be what we expected. During the walkthrough you will have great water pressure until you sign your lease. The electrical fire was caused by dust buildup inside the exhaust vent. We were placed in a hotel for a couple of months with no call from the rental office apologizing for ...what we experienced but charged us late fees for paying rent late. We went an entire summer with an indoor temperature of 80 degrees and sometimes higher up to 96 degrees. At no time did they offer a window unit. I really thought this was going to be a great experience living here but I was wrong and cannot wait to move out.Property Manager Responded

Just don’t even do it
November 6, 2023If I could give no stars I would. I applied and they called and told me I was approved and would send welcome letter. Letter was never sent. I had already scheduled a tour for Saturday a week in advance and I show up and there is no one in the leasing office. Package sitting in front of the door and on the side of the office broken bottles of glass that i almost was injured on. I call on a Monday telling them I just want to cancel my application at this point and they said they would mail my ...money back. I called again today because it’s going on 2 weeks and then I am told it will take 35-45 days for me to get my admin fee and deposit back. I’m furious. It should not take that long to get my money back especially with the treatment I received. If they had a conscience I should have a full refund.Property Manager Responded

Ok..but could be a lot better!
August 27, 2023Overall my stay was ok. BEWARE OF WATERBUGS, I’m a cleanly person and they are still everywhere. After the new management, communication with the leasing office is tough, I’d usually have to physically go to the office to get issues handled. Love it here...
August 18, 2023I live in this complex for a total of 5 months. Its been nothing but a headache. My apartment was not move in ready what so ever. My doors of the hinge and no weather stripping. I'd watch insects craw in to my unit. Don't believe these false old review. There's gun violence through out the surrounding neighborhoods. Love it here
April 2, 2021I'm only leaving bc I'm moving to a different city, but I have loved my time here the last 2 years. My 1 bed apt is roomy, especially the wonderful closet space and double vanity bathroom. Management is great, and maintenance has always come quickly to address any issues I had. I like the fitness center, as it has a great variety and is also spacious. Have never felt unsafe here. Highly recommend!Property Manager Responded

DONOT MOVE HERE
February 15, 2021Everything that the bad reviews says is true . My fiancé and I and our children live here as I write this . Big giant water bugs come out every day . They be on the walls , kitchen light , your children bath water . We dealing with our second rat . They don’t wanna do anything about but put a trap down and say good luck hope this helps . Maintenance is a very lazy and don’t know how to fix anything in the household. We have a build up water spot on our ceiling and they still haven’t fix . LISTEN TO THE WARNINGS
January 2, 2020Please keep looking. I wish I did but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This was my biggest mistake and hardest lesson to learn. The shootings are true. The roaches are true. The rats are true. The drugs are true. The maintenance team is terrible and do not fix the work in your home. There are holes, dents, and cracks everywhere and that’s even in their “renovated” units. There’s loose wires and chipped walls. Very dangerous if you have children. Everything they do is patch work. This place ...is cheap for a reason. I advise everybody don't rent these houses this is the worest apartment complex ever the office don't caring about the tenant and houses is dirty and have rats, and bugs all over the house on the top of that the office team is rude I had rats on my house over four years but thankfully I moved out because they wasn't able to fix it there is a holes everywhere in the walls so the rats can get through them and get into your house plus dropping of these rats is yuki but the ...office don't care even if you have kids and is not health they still don't care, come and see the picture of the rats in the cabinet and doors ..........Property Manager Responded

Great place
March 28, 2018This is my first apartment as well as my girlfriend's, it is an awesome place and it's really quiet. Only problem I have is my apartment is not renovated so there is a lot of maintenance work that needs to be done, but when I call and complain they only patch things up instead of replacing it. I had water damage to my roof and I called 3 or 4 times before someone came out and looked at it, I had and when they came only thing they did was paint over it, nothing else. I've been here for about 5 ...months and had called maintenance more than 5 times. But other than that I love my apartment, It's a great place for a first apartment.Property Manager Responded
