its okay, at the very least you can live here, it just sucks to wake up to the sounds of mowing the lawn at 7am, and having to pay for laundry and then having a bug problem that wont go away

Super close to campus, which is really convenient. Maintenance is quick and reliable, and it feels pretty safe with very few burglary issues.

The community is fine here but overall not a good experience. They charge for maintenance that takes too long to fix something that will likely break again. They overcharge for everything, even things that they shouldn’t be charging for at all, and the vehicle gate was broken for an entire semester. The pedestrian gate is open 24/7 so anyone can enter the complex at any time.
