March 12, 2026The community is fine here but overall not a good experience. They charge for maintenance that takes too long to fix something that will likely break again. They overcharge for everything, even things that they shouldn’t be charging for at all, and the vehicle gate was broken for an entire semester. The pedestrian gate is open 24/7 so anyone can enter the complex at any time.Review from Apartments.com

October 21, 2025Living in the residence hall has been one of the most valuable experiences of my college journey. At first, it was challenging to adjust to sharing space with new people from diverse backgrounds. However, over time, I learned the importance of communication, respect, and community living. My Resident Advisor organized events that helped us bond and support one another through academic and personal challenges. I also developed independence by managing my time, maintaining my room, and balancing ...social life with studies. October 13, 2025It's definitely a live-able unit. The appliances work, although things such as bathroom fan or kitchen light had to be fixed and/or replaced. You can tell they go over previous conditions with minimal effort, as long as it looks semi-put together. Working with people who do the building maintenance are friendly and efficient at their jobs.Property Manager Responded

October 11, 2025Trouble with getting a key upon move-in. Also problems with billing on the first month and no WIFI account during upgrade. However I can say that the staff was very helpful in opening my room unti the key machine could get fixed an accounting had corrected my account within a few days making sure I was not charged any late fees while they fixed the problemReview from Apartments.com

October 9, 2025people working there are nice, but as soon as i moved in, there were cockroaches everywhere and the shower paint was peeling so we couldn't use it for 3 days. also it sucks to pay $3 for laundryProperty Manager Responded
