We are living here for almost 4m in 2bbd and we love it. Its price worth, close to parks, gym, pool. It's so quite and peaceful. Gayle and her team are so friendly and they will help you with everything you need.

BEWARE OF MOVING TO THIS APT

DO NOT RENT HERE! BEWARE! I have lived here 7 weeks and regret it more than i can say! FIRST, you will become a prisoner to a parking space because there is not enough parking spaces for the number of cars allowed per unit. I was told when I signed my lease that they were working on "reserved" parking spaces, what I wasn't told is it will cost an additional $50 PER MONTH and that is an uncovered spot in the open parking. AND only 5 spaces are available per building and ...
too bad you are too late, they are all leased out. I can't leave to go to the store or get ice cream or go to a movie at night because I will have to park WAAAYYYY down the complex. NO ONE ever expects this when they lease an apt. SECOND, be prepared that HUGE bags of trash are left for days in the corridor outside of your apt. Apparently NO ONE cares that it attracts rodents and roaches and THE APT doesn't care either! THIRD, I was in a rush to move in and appreciated the efforts of Courtney to get me in in a rush, HOWEVER, she had me rush to sign up with an electric company of her choosing and THEY NEVER TURNED ON MY ELECTRICITY for 2 weeks and didn't notify me for 2 weeks! They said it was because they couldn't verify my identity by checking my credit EVEN THOUGH I POSTED A $175 deposit! I have a security lock on my credit for a reason and their response was that I SHOULD HAVE THAT LIFTED. I immediately called Reliant who turned on service the next day and TODAY I have a bill FROM CAMDEN for the two weeks, which I was happy to pay since they were billed BUT THEY INCLUDED CHARGES FOR THEIR COST PLUS ADD'L COSTS TO ME OF $50 FOR A FEE. I WOULD HAVE NEVER MOVED HERE IF I HAD KNOWN WHAT KIND OF PLACE THIS IS!

After seeing this complex online, it looked great so I wanted to go take a look. I was greeted by Beatriz and other staff even greeted as I walked in. Needless to say, you'll love the friendly and inviting professional atmosphere of the whole place! Everything was much cleaner than some of the other places I looked and NONE had such wonderful staff that didn't pressure you, but really get you what you're looking for and make sure everything is done right!

I have lived at Camden Addison for 5 years. My wife and I have enjoyed our time here. I love going to the office everyday to experience the coffee bar. If I have any questions, I always feel comfortable approaching the assistant manager, Gayle or anyone in the office for answers and cooperation. I highly recommend living at Camden Addison for all of the amenities.

I recently moved out of Camden Addison due to a relocation for work. My time at Camden was PERFECT! The office staff is very friendly and will call you by name when they see you out in the community. While I was still a resident, a natural disaster struck the town I was moving to. The staff remembered I was moving to the town that was affected and called me the very next day to let me know that I could extend my move out date and that they would help me in any way possible. I came to Camden at a transition point in my life with many special needs and requests. I have found the staff incredibly helpful, courteous, thorough, and fair. The complex is beautiful, the pool is outstanding, the fitness room is very good, the grounds are very nicely kept, we can choose to add car port or to get an apartment with garage for convenience, and the price is right! What more can you ask for? I'm thoroughly pleased! Thank you, Camden staff!

I have been a resident of Camden Addison since October of 2015. The unit and grounds are well maintained and designed. The location is also great, being close to the North Dallas Toll Road. Management is excellent and very responsive to requests. Maintenance takes care of issues usually within 24 hours. After considering other options in the area, I gladly decided to renew my lease for another 15 months. The value received for the price is excellent.

Customer service is cool. However, they DO NOT tell you that the PRICE listed ONLINE is ONLY GOOD FOR ONE DAY. During XMAS time MAILBOXES & CARS WERE BROKEN INTO. When it's time to renew the lease the RENT WILL INCREASE $100-$200 PER MONTH 1-BDRM. Cars get TOWED quite OFTEN. Had to get mgr APPROVAL just to UPGRADE unit and PRICE WENT UP almost $400 PER MONTH 2-BDRM (NOT WORTH IT.) Groundskeepers are very cool property is very clean.

My family and I have lived in Camden Addison for almost 3 years now and we really had a pretty decent experience here. The neighborhood surrounding the area is safe and well kept. The complex is good if you like living in a lively area. There is a mixture of residents as far as families, couples, and singles, but I would the singles and couples are probably the most dominant. As far as children, I've seen very few children since we've lived there. But there is a daycare and private christian ...
school practically right on the grounds (both of which I am sure are pretty pricey). It's definitely a working community. We are only moving now because the renewal rate on our current floor plan has just gone through the roof! So other than that and them charging us a pretty hefty fee of $125 per month for the recent renovations that they did in the apartment its a good place to live.
