I stopped by to get some information about the facility and the staff was so friendly! They have a wonderfully clean facility. I even had a work emergency come up that i had to take care of right away. So I took advantage of their free WIFI and was able to resolve things pretty quickly, but while doing so David W. was very hospitable and fix me a coffee from a coffee machine that stood taller then me. I HIGHLY recommend them if your in the market for a place to live. Living in different ...

Great Location!

I have lived at Camden Asbury Village for the last 10 months and have loved it! The pool is well-maintained and the dog park is such a nice feature. The location is great for my commute down the road (I am an employee at a different Camden community), and you couldn't be closer to PNC arena. Highly recommend to anyone who wants an apartment that feels like home.

Don't believe the hype.

I lived in Camden Asbury Village for 3 years (recently escaped the place) and am fairly certain the other 3 posts on this site are paid for. The staff is rude and condescending, and the covenants are extremely restrictive. They pressure you to renew your lease immediately lest your eligible rent rate go up 3 months before your actual lease is up. In the last year I resided there, they forced an apartment renovation on all apartments that had not been renovated, yet offered no relocation ...
options, no prorated rent, and no pet boarding options for the renovation time (which was promised to be 10 business days but took them a month and it still looked like they haphazardly slapped stickers on top of the old cabinet finish). This renovation raised the apartment rent even further while adding no value to the tenants it was forced on. The dog bag dispensers were always empty. When asked to keep a better eye on it the asst. manager said there was no way to check all the boxes in a day -- they have golf carts, and I walked by all of the stations in under 20 minutes. They also threaten you with a fine if caught not scooping... so make of that what you will. The dog park is moderately well sized and shaded--the best part of the community. I recommend going by and asking *real residents* about their experiences. I can tell you that of all the people I met at that dog park, not one had a positive thing to say about their experience in the community or working with the staff. If you're looking for a place where you can feel at home -- please look elsewhere...

After living at Camden properties for 3 years I remain a resident due to their reliable and professional staff. Whether its a maintenance request or simply asking a question in the office they are always prompt and helpful. Smiling faces and an eagerness to address any and all your concerns keep me a resident here. I would recommend this company to anyone and its not just this property but any Camden location. Even issues with other renters that may be above or your neighbor are easily resolved ...
without a conflict. Living space is great for what you pay with great closet space and enough room to rearrange your place time and time again if you need to. I only had ever had 1 appliance being the refrigerator break and it was replaced within 24 hours without a loss of any of my perishables. I love this company and this complex and will stay as long as I can.
