Understanding living in an apartment complex, one will have to deal w/ noise levels, but not sure if complaints from noisy upstairs neighbors are being addressed from management. The residents upstairs are extremely loud, esp late at night into early morn. If management would address the horrible squeaky floor issues, the noise levels would greatly diminish. The vibrations from the stomping, heavy footed tenants is off the charts. The flooring issues need to be addressed and corrected with floor ...

boards nailed down properly, better padding and upgraded carpet. Camden is a reputable company, but they need to put their money where their mouth is.

I lived in this apartment complex for over 2 1/2 years; the first year or so in my one bedroom was fine. I moved into a 3 bedroom apartment in July 2015 and the level of service was greatly diminished from then on. Issues with noisy neighbors upstairs were supposedly addressed but wasn't. I understand it is an apartment complex but I'd like to have a little more response to complaints from managment. The residents upstairs were Russian lifeguards who seemed to enjoy performing gymnastic routines ...

after 11 PM. I had to call Loudoun County Sheriff department on at least 2 separate occasions. Problems with the HVAC were not fully resolved (i.e. heat didn't not work), mandatory trash valet charge of $30 per month when it was a short walk (less than 25 yards) to the dumpster among other issues. Fortunately I moved out in the summer of 2016 so the heater not working was not an issue. Managment was unable / unwilling to address these issues (especially the noisy renters upstairs)to my satisfaction. Lastly they charged me around $400-$500 to replace the carpet due to "holes in the carpet" from pets. Ironic since I didn't see any holes during our final walk-through. Do your research, there are better options around; the location is great which unfortunately is the only great thing about this place. The rent kept going up while the service went down. My mortgage payment on a 2,000 square foot townhouse with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a garage is lower now than when I stayed at Camden Ashburn Farm!

Excellent quiet complex in Ashburn, Va. The staff are very Friendly, Helpful and always have time to discuss your needs or concerns. The property is beautifully landscaped and surrounded by trees in a country like setting. From day one, the leasing office at Camden Ashburn has been such a great help with everything! This is my first apartment and I couldn't be happier with this choice. The space, location, neighbors, and amenities are great! They have contests, and actually hold little parties so you can meet your neighbors and enjoy the community that you live it. Camden is doing it right!
