July 31, 2019Get ready to come out of pocket for fees. What started nicely, ended terribly. This community will hit you with violation after violation. They offer paid parking for uncovered spots?!? This should show that all they care about is squeezing you for every dollar. Gate rarely works. Love animals in your HVAC? This is your spot. Don’t worry though, after the rodent dies and your exposed to their smell for a week or two, they only charge $1000 to transfer to a lesser unit. Do yourself a favor, and ...don’t waste your money here.Property Manager Responded

Amazing property and management.
February 8, 2018I will miss living here and even more sad there is no Camden in Nashville. Britney has gone above and beyond to help with my relocation and I couldn’t have asked for more. The property is well maintained and quiet, especially since it’s surrounded by fields instead of busy complexes or neighborhoods. There are a lot of PT students who live here who are quiet and very respectable. The maintenance was very prompt, courteous, and followed up better than I could ask for. My only complaint is having ...to move. You can’t go wrong living here, one of the best hidden values in Austin. Plus the Circle C HEB is Amazing.Property Manager Responded

Not for Me
December 20, 2016The office staff was difficult to work with. The layouts of the apartments wasn’t the best. I went through a period where roaches kept appearing from underneath the bathroom counter. I think they were living in the walls between the apartments nothing was ever done about this problem. I had a downstairs neighbor who would blast music well past midnight once again nothing was ever done about this on the whole I did not enjoy my time here.Review from Apartments.com

August 10, 2015"Home is where the heart is" they say - Well, it's understandable why I call Camden Cedar Hills my 'Home'. The community is so peaceful and clean; pet friendly with knowledgeable office staff. The maintenance can't be beat - they are so quick to respond and know my dogs by name! The office staff is amazing - always friendly and so easy to work with. They truly sell Camden's value. I've lived there for over 3 years and don't see myself leaving until I absolutely have too! Wide Open Spaces
August 17, 2015The apartment complex has the benefit of being surrounded by open space. The construction also gives a very spacious feel to the units and complex, and the dog park is shaded and a good size. The price is high for the location, but it an easy temporary place before finding something closer to town or better priced.Review from Apartments.com
Beautiful Community and Excellent Management
August 12, 2015I have been living in Camden properties for past two years. I have just moved into Camden Ceder Hills. The moving process was smooth and the management was very helpful. they made sure I was satisfied with my apartment and over all process. This is a beautiful community with a big dog park, which is a big plus for me. I am very excited that I have moved here and looking forward to rest of my lease.
