Has been a great place to live and just signed a new lease. The location is awesome and management was helpful in working with me on my renewed lease. This area is turning into the better part of downtown and I'm glad I was able to stay for it. Construction for the hotel across looks to be coming along so we are hopefully through the worst of it and it looks like its gonna be cool when it's done. Amber and Merideth have been helpful, the maintenance guys here are hard to beat. Those guys are fast ...
and you'll almost always see them here working when you walk in or out. Maintenance is definitely top notch compared to other places I've lived. They have a toll tag pass enter for the garage now so you don't have to mess with those remotes to get in anymore and they added locks to the doors inside it, stoked about that and a big part in my staying. My dog loves the dog park here and it's the best in the neighborhood from what I saw when looking around. Gym is good for my use, not ever too crowded. I recommend a ground floor patio for the big space you get. They have breakfasts sometimes like a hotel which is nice on the weekends so you don't have to leave your place for food. It would be cool to see some cornhole or outside activity in an area for those who aren't pool people. Overall good experience and happy here. Thanks Camden and staff!

I have lived here for quite some time now and can say I truly recommend it. Every place has its pros and cons and I really feel that this place at the end of the day is one of the best. Camden really takes care of their places, as I have been to other ones in the area thinking of transferring for my job and they are also well kept. The staff here has always been pleasant and the manager now is very caring and helpful if you have a problem. Maintenance team here is awesome. They are so fast in ...

Camden just added security to the garage and I think that was the last step to make this place great. Package locker or system would be nice too. I have lived here for about a year now and I’m very content. Before moving here I lived solely in a house and wasn’t sure how an apartment was going to fit me. The maintenance is wonderful. They are more than kind and take care of anything you ask. I like being able to visit restaurants close by just walking and the trail right behind the apartments is great for my evening walks after work. They have a neat program here so if you show some places nearby a Camden card you get a discount. The staff ...
has been consistently pleasant since day one. The manager is friendly and will help you with whatever you ask, even if it isn't in the realm of apartment management. The community is kept very clean compared to others I‘ve seen in the area, which is no surprise as the gentleman I see outside each day works very hard. They are in the middle of making changes to the garage and I think this will be good for everyone. All in all I couldn’t have picked a better place to live for myself. I’m not a downtown or social person and worried this wouldn’t fit my lifestyle, but I don’t think it matters here. If you are looking for a good home where you know you’ll be taken care of no matter the issue, Camden is it.

I've been at Camden Design District for a little over three months now and every part of living here has been lovely, largely due to the staff. Amber leased to me and was super sweet and helpful during the whole process. I toured 5 other places after coming here but ended up coming back because nothing else compared for the price point I was looking at. When I applied I accidentally mistyped my income which caused my application to get denied and Meredith, the manager, even came out to look at ...
everything and figured out what was wrong. It meant a lot that she took the time to look into the issue especially considering it was my mistake. The apartment was in great shape when I moved in and every maintenance request I have put in has been promptly completed and done well. Today, I went in the office around closing to ask a question and met Andrew, the assistant manager. He was the only one in the office at the time and had a line of people waiting on him but he was super friendly and ready to help everyone. I can't say enough how much I've enjoyed calling Camden Design District my home and I recommend anyone looking to move to the Dallas area to check it out.

I visited several locations throughout the design district area and by far Camden was my favorite. They were the most willing to work with my move in schedule, and answered all my questions promptly through email as I’m so busy I don’t have time to call and ask questions as they arise. So excited that the new Virgin hotel will soon be arriving!

This place is top notch. Packages are delivered straight to your door; I love the convenience of being able to get them right when I get home! The cleanliness here is also amazing. You never see any trash, at all. I have never had any issues with security, I feel so incredibly safe here. Don’t even get me started on how awesome the maintenance staff is, and the management here is so open and willing to communicate with you about anything at all, perfect customer service. I love the fact that i am less than a 5-10 minute drive from most of the action that makes Dallas spectacular. If i want to catch a maverick game, Stars game, or go to the lastest concert... Im less than 5 ...

The apartment homes are quite spaces and the structure is very sound proof. Which i find to be an asset, when wanting peace in quite after a long days work. If you are in need of maintainance, the staff is right on top of it.. never letting the sun go down without fixing the problem! The front office staff is very curtious and always eager to help!
