Beautiful Apartments and Scenery

You will not be disappointed living here. The apartments are well made and beautiful along with the scenery. The amount of windows are really unheard of. The neighbors and office staff are so nice. Maintenance is responsive the same day you request service and the guys are friendly and get the job done! I can't say enough good things.....you'll love it here!

Best apartment I have ever lived in...

Where to begin? 1. Location - Easy commute to the West valley, easy trip to downtown Scottsdale, Tempe, Desert Ridge. Close to Costco, Kierland Commons, and Desert Ridge Mall, West World, and Talking Stick. Downtown Scottsdale is too busy for me this is just right. I like that it is on the perimeter and less than a 1/4 mile to the highway. 2. Amenities - It shares the development with AJ's Fine Foods. The best grocery in Phoenix. The pool is dope. The clubhouse is extra dope. The kitchens!! ...

Better kitchen than most houses. I am writing this review after having moved and how I mess my kitchen with a gas range. Sigh... 3. Events - The staff put on a "cooking class" that was like a taping of a show on food network. Which included a full course meal and wine tasting. Did I mention that AJ's Fine Foods was 150 feet from my door? 4. The people- Danielle is awesome, Rachel is awesome. The best staff I have ever worked with. No hassles, attentive, and present. If they hire new staff... Danielle and Rachel are that awesome What else to say? Live here. If you are new to town you can not go wrong. I am from California and moved to Phoenix from Austin. Camden is on par with Austin rent for a place with similar amenities. Even if you are from an area that has a lower cost of living than Scottsdale why risk it? This was a homerun for me.
