This apartment community is top notch. Carrie, community manager, is the entire reason we came to this property! She has been manager at another property, and we followed to this one because of her. She goes above and beyond. Also want to give a shoutout to Uju for sending me video walkthroughs while we were in Florida and making the move so easy. Mandy also helped with a couple minor issues we had. Entire staff has been amazing and property is well maintained.

The lobby made me feel like I was at a 5 star resort. The Decorations for Christmas are beautiful. Just moved in recently. This place is incredibly beautiful and well managed. We had I small hiccup with our move in. Mandy handled it wonderfully, she treated it with the upmost importance. She made our concern a top priority and ensured it was addressed right away. What a great place and amazing staff! The maintenance crew were very professional and knowledgeable with the repairs needed.

Garden spot in Franklin easy access shopping, Nashville, and airport.

My wife and I have lived here since March 2019 and absolutely love it. The location could not be better, tucked into Tower Circle next to Franklin park gives the feeling of seclusion. In addition to the park, the walking trails go from the front door in all directions for miles with access to many nature trails without leaving a sidewalk or walking path. Located right off I-65, it is 25 min to Nashville and 25min to the airport. With quick access to the tremendous shopping in the area, you can ...
walk to Wholefoods, drive to Publix, Sprouts, Kroger, Cool Springs Mall and Downtown Franklin in minutes. Excellent dining is walkable- Brixx, Bricktops, Perry’s, Just Love Coffee, Juice Bar, to name a few. The new management has been a game changer. They came in and immediately solved problems previous management ignored. Their communication is highly professional, keeping the residents updated on changes or repairs. I cannot say enough good about the new management team. We really love living here, but had considered leaving due to the neglect of the previous management. We just resigned and are relieved to be staying in such a garden spot in Franklin that we enjoy so much.

We moved in a year ago and have loved the complex and location. New management took over a few months ago and since then everything has gone downhill. Not to mention our rent is increasing an outrageous amount and they are no incentives to resign. How are you supposed to afford a 16% rent increase?

Green space. Extremely dog friendly. Location is awesome, (5 min. to downtown Franklin, 1min to highway, 5 min to downtown Nashville). Hardwood floors throughout. Quiet and peaceful. Lots of green space!!!
