About Camden San Paloma

We offer a variety of tour options. Self-guided tours are available on Mondays. Self-guided, live video, and team member tours are available Tuesday through Saturday. Camden San Paloma offers newly renovated one, two, and three-bedroom luxury apartment homes in the heart of Scottsdale. Each apartment includes crown molding, dining rooms that can function as a flex space for a home office, a full-size washer and dryer, linen closets, and large walk-in closets with custom shelving. These contemporary apartment homes feature stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops, gray subway tile backsplash, and white cabinetry with brushed nickel finishes. Ask about the stand-alone casitas and assigned covered parking. Take advantage of our resort-style amenities, which include a lighted tennis court, two resort-style swimming pools, and a renovated, 24-hour fitness center with new equipment including TRX and a Yoga/Spin room! Your pet is in luck too because our pet-friendly apartments have an on-site enclosed dog park. Great location I must say all of the reviews I have come across are absolutely true about this hidden gem located just off Scottsdale Shea on a quiet road. The apartment I looked at is super functional for me and you can’t beat the location. Parking is a big deal for me and there was plenty of spaces to go around compared to other places I have seen. This place checks a lot of boxes. Oh did I mention the cool fountains they have throughout very serene and pretty.

I had a very pleasant experience with the staff at this complex. I did a online tour via FaceTime and they did A very professional job. All of my questions were answered and then some. The person I talked to was very knowledgeable and upbeat. This is at the top of my list for when I make a decision to move. Great customer service best I have seen so far. I also loved the built in bookshelves and large closet space.

I had a very positive experience with Camden San Paloma. I was looking for a place for my parents to call home and stumbled across this gem of a place. Although we ended up putting them in a retirement community I would still like to talk about all of the positive attributes of San Paloma. Let me start by saying how beautiful the grounds are. have fireplaces, built-in bookshelves and there was even a built in desk on the floor plan that I was interested in. I would highly recommend this apartment to anybody looking to be in the perfect Central Scottsdale location. All of the staff that I came in contact with her very professional, helpful, and friendly. Horrible Management they don't care about their tenants Money grabbers that will nickel and dime you for everything they can. They apartment they rented me was a dump , broken counter top , cabinets are broken , the carpet had glass pieces and nails I am glad I never got injured. The apartment was disgusting dirty dusty I had to clean it myself ! Now 7 month later when I am leaving thank god they are charging me $176 cleaning fees ! I am glad I only rented for 7 month ! (testing it) I still have ...

3 month to go on my lease and they want me to pay for cleaning 3 month in advance. They don't care about their tenants only about charging fees ! Camden is overpriced for what you get don't waste your time here there are better communities out there. I will complain to corporate and will never rent at any Camden property again !
