    Management is not good at all. I have to forcefully move out because of their high rent. They increase the rent too much every lease so be careful before signing the lease. I was living here for 1.5 yrs. I am ashamed to give rating 1 star. They have charged the cleaning fee of $400 which haven't seen in any of the apartment where I lived earlier. They just want to anyhow earn the money. Butler is the worst person have seen in Camden Silo Creek. I don't know who made her Assistant Manager. They ...

    The staff is friendly and always willing to help out. I was really comfortable living there. The Manager Laura is out and around the community and the ladies in the leasing office always made me feel welcomed when I came into the office. we recently had to move because of a job relocation and moving in our new home made me realize how many perks I had when living there - I miss having someone take my trash out for me, I miss maintenance requests being handled quickly, I'm going to miss their pool ...

    I have been here over a year now and I LOVE it. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, the pool and clubhouse are wonderful, the apartments are spacious and open, and there's a dog park! The best part though are the people who work here. The maintenance crew are friendly and always helpful. I've never had to wait on a maintenance call! And the office staff? Exceptional.     Funny how most of the reviews are negative and state they refuse to replace anything broken or not functioning correctly/as expected. Maybe they should focus a bit more on customer centricity and a bit less on saving a dollar and pushing away good customers. I lived here prior for 1 year and the experience was fantastic, though Im not sure what happened between then and now. Moved into a 1 bedroom on May 2 and since it has been nothing but a struggle. The AC unit is rated for 800 sq/ft, but ...
    only properly cools the living room/kitchen area which is a measly 450 sq/ft. That within itself should say something. But the tech keeps coming by and insisting the AC is working properly, if it were we would not have a cooling issue in the master bedroom. Ive acquired data for weeks and they keep pushing back. Data that clearly shows the AC works fine in the main area but does not in the bedroom. They just keep measuring temperature out of the vents but for some reason cant seem to comprehend that ACFM plays a larger role in this scenario. We shall see how it plays out, but the way they are handling situations now I would recommend people look for apartments elsewhere. They don't care about your comfort

      Hi Kyle, Thanks for speaking with me this evening. As we both agreed, the A/C unit is working correctly and is sized for a 900 sq. ft. home, which is appropriate for the size of your apartment. Given that the temperature coming out of the vents is correct, and the high temperatures outside, the unit does not need to be replaced. We are working towards a solution to get the bedroom cooled to the preferred temperature. Since this was brought to my attention at the end of May, it's been a top priority and we have responded each time, working diligently to get the back room cooled enough. We need time to witness the results before we can confirm a solution, and my maintenance team is focused on rectifying the issue you're experiencing in your bedroom.     We have been living in Camden Silo Creek Apartments for a year. We are a family of 4 with 2 little girls. A few features we love about our community: Park, Pool, and their Nature Preserve. We love to go for walks with our girls, theres a cute stream with a bridge - our girls love to throw rocks in this "river."     Good location. Just a 15 minute drive to the metro, less once they complete Phase II of the silver line. Our one bedroom is spacious. The closet could practically be a second bedroom. Storage room off the pantry is perfect. Management is fantastic, the best I've ever dealt with before. Very nice, always helpful. Maintenance finishes tasks quickly & efficiently. Lots of running/walking/biking trails nearby. Dog (large breeds too!) & cat friendly. Built-in bookshelves and fireplaces are a big plus ...
