love this place. Couldn't have better location. Freeway access but in a quiet neighborhood. I'm a few blocks from balboa park so I can run there, or I can just go to Jimmy Carters Mexican food for Margaritas and enchiladas instead. What I'm saying is great for health nuts. My one bedroom is a two floor layout. Makes the place feel huge. Moving in was a process as getting my couch up the stairs was more difficult that I imagined, just remember to Pivot! And you'll be fine. Management does a ...

great job maintaining it. I had fresh painted walls and new carpet when I moved it. Most people in the building have lived here for years. Always a good sign.
