It is not excellent. I just read this Capital Towers Ingo. We do not have dishwashers, nor in unit washer and dryer. We are inspected by a dog and the management every 3 month and come the end and first of the year we are inspected Both months. The management will look in your closets, drawers and cabinets, literally inspecting to see if your apartment meets that particular person's criteria. The dogs I understand because they don't want bed bugs but the individual inspection from the office is ...
like living in military baracks and it is Every 3 Months and you have to leave your apartment and stand in the foyer while it's done. You might geta write up and be reinspected if you left a box out of place..maybe you had laundry left out to be ironed. Is this a Half Way House? Even the military does not inspect your home every 3 months. We cannot have a washer and dryer yet the washer and dryers provided at the laundry room only work for 23-27 minutes...your clothes don't get cleaned, your dry detergent doesn't resolve because it doesn't have time to. I have to take my clothes home and finish cleaning them around the cuffs or any tiny spot that wasn't washed out. The dryers do not completely dry your clothes so you have to put in another cycle or just take the home and air dry in your apartment. Our water stains your clothes so your whites become dingy. They are currently refurbishing both buildings. We are ALL afraid of how much more the rent is going up and it does go up Every year...but our Social Security stays the same. So we get poorer and poorer.

This place would be ideal because everything is included in the rent except parking that is $5.00 a month. We are a senior citizens apartment. laundry room in the basement, no pool or exercise facility. No dishwashers. The rent is subsidized, but there are really no amenities.
