Unreachable and uncooperative staff, the management is terrible when it comes to issues... Avoid it!

The apartments may seem to be a wow factor when you first see them, but don't be fooled. I've only been here for a few weeks and I'm already so frustrated. Starting with the application they delayed it so much that we didn't know if we were approved until just 2 days before the move-in date. They stopped answering my phone calls when I called to check up on my application and get my questions answered. They claim to be short-staffed, which I would understand if they were still getting back to the ...
residents in one way or another. There is no sign of answering phone calls or emails. The only way to ever reach them is to physically go into the office at the time and if you're lucky you just might find them. They are rarely ever in the office when you need them and take forever to reply to any maintenance issues. At this point, they are just giving false information that they cannot keep up with because it seems like they don't know what they're doing. It hasn't even been a month since i've moved in and I have no idea how in going to handle the rest of the lease term here. I'm beyond frustrated with how they handle things and wouldn't recommend anyone living here. Save your time, money, and energy and avoid this place if possible!
