We lived at Capitol Yards for 2 years before going overseas for a while and after coming back couldn’t help ourselves but sign a lease again. Excellent community, perfect staff and awesome amenities. Very comfortable resort style living overall. Easy communications and smooth maintenance if needed. It’s nice to be back home again.

Don’t move here if you have a car.

I've lived at Capitol Yards for almost 4 years. There is no security. My vehicle has been broken into 4 times over the last year. Also, extra parking spots are 175.00 a month and there is no guarantee that it will be available when you get home from work. If there was security, they could manage parking. Every time I call the office I'm told to call the tow company myself. Getting my parking spot back is a two hour ordeal. Happens at least once a week. Why am I paying so much for parking when ...
there isn't any assistance or service? Been here for four years and most likely will not renew unless something is done about this.

You'd have to reach to find things to be displeased about with this apartment. There really are no gripes at all. It's well kept and visually appealing. Parking spots, in unit laundry, AC. It's really nice.

Capitol Yards has been a wonderful living experience for me. The apartments are comfortable and have plenty of storage space, as well as being modern and clean. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there are endless areas to walk dogs. Its a walking area with easy access to downtown. But most of all the staff are the best, always available to help and always warm and welcoming. They make living here so easy. Love it here.
