    Poor Management, High HOA Fees, and No Security Support

    Terrible experience with the property management. I had two packages stolen in a week, and they refused to check the security camera footage, claiming that’s not what the cameras are for. They also wouldn’t send a notice to the community about theft. For the high HOA fees they charge, you'd expect basic security and support, but they don’t even do that. I feel bad for anyone paying for such poor service. Potential residents, beware.
