Don't move here
November 12, 2021I've lived here for about a year. Management comes across as friendly and attentive however, they are not concerned with taking care of their tenants. All they care about is if you've paid your rent. I've had 2 floods in my apartment. Broken dishwasher, broken door handles etc etc. None of them have been replaced. They left a 3x3 sized hole in my wall for almost 2 weeks after the second flood and left the wet carpet there to start collecting mold. They did have a plumber and leak detection ...specialist out right away, I'll give them credit for that however, they failed to fix the problem entirely and left me without use of my bedroom for almost 2 weeks and caused a hazardous living condition. After all of that, they also refused to offer me a reduction in my rent for the month to compensate for my troubles. I missed 2 total days of work due to this and it has been very stressful for my family and I mentally and physically. I would not recommend moving here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 10, 2015The Carlton Height Villas are quiet, everyone pretty much minds their own business. One or two always have to cause some problems. There is no thieving going on. The screen doors slam a bit too loud. They allow pets. Santee is hot, but the air conditioners do not cost much to operate.Review from Apartments.com
