Charged 290 for a dime sized crack
September 15, 2025Overall the complex is well kept. The maintenance team did a good job addressing any issues. However, when I moved out I was charged 290 dollars for a crack on one of the closet door panels. When I asked why it was so expensive, I was told it's because it can't be repaired and painting over it would make it ugly. I mentioned that the refrigerator in my unit had the bottom door scratched and dented and they never bothered to fix that cosmetic issue, it was just shrugged off and told that there's ...nothing they can do and I still have to pay it. So if you move in make sure you TAKE PICTURES OF EVERY SCRATCH, DENT, OR IMPERFECTION YOU SEE.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
No longer feels like home
March 17, 2023If I was writing this review before this last weekend, I would have given a 5 star rating. Recently moved from one unit to another (1bedroom to 2 bedroom unit) and let me just say how much i regret not moving to another complex. I thought i was making a smart choice by staying here because before this never had many issues and I loved my other unit. Upon moving in, multiple things were noticed that had to be fixed..some things were also noticed that cannot be fixed like old pipes that make very ...loud noises when hot water is on, carpet coming up in corners of the house. It's obvious this unit was constructed very poorly and quickly with no attention to detail. My main issue is with the maintenance crew, Recently they came to paint shelves in 2nd bedroom and I cannot believe the quality of work they did. A 2 year old would have completed the task better. Kitchen is Huge - Great Upgrades!
January 17, 2017The upgraded kitchen (granite counter, wood floors, stainless steel appliances) is not your typical "galley" kitchen most apartments offer - it's twice the size and is a joy cooking in because it's like cooking in a house kitchen. The staff and maintenance crew are outstanding. They care about their residents and are very particular about the appearance of the community. Although neighbors come and go, and keep to themselves in their busy lives, my time here has been restful, relaxing and simply, home.
