Worst complex in Hampton
May 1, 2025This is the worst apartment complex I have ever leased constantly trying to get over on their residence poor maintenance and upkeep always in your pockets and no amenities so what you pay I highly advise not to rent from this complexProperty Manager Responded

Not Worth It!!
April 19, 2022After nearly a decade of living here, they just casually increased my rent by over 171%. That's worse than any of the rent increases by any apartment complex in the area with the exception of certain areas of Virginia Beach. There are equivalent apartments in Ghent that are cheaper. This section of Hampton truly isn't worth it. The new management here is a step down from the prior one so expect work orders to take forever to get done and sometimes forgotten about completely. Some of the people ...that they hire to do work on the buildings are shoddy at best. The people that they hired to redo the main hallway in my building did such a horrible job that the flooring looks unfinished in areas. You can see the other reviews here about the parking situation. You would think that with the high turnover rate and constant excessive vacancies that other apartment complexes around here don't have that they would give more of an incentive for longtime residents to stay but no- whoever is running the place now is not concerned about any of that. I highly recommend only looking here if you are desperate and don't mind paying anywhere from $250-$550 more than you probably should based on the information from the new rental brochures they have in the office.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 19, 2015This is a great starter apartment and easy to save up living here. The rent is only $525 for 2 bedroom, 1 ¹/² bathroom, free water, trash & sewage on site maintance and everyone is friendly.Review from Apartments.com
