Over run by drunk, rich college students, management caters to the lack of security (hub cap stolen) continuity of serving all residents, lack of upholding policies, lack of cleanliness, no parking for paying residents - but management has no problem w non residents parking, abused pool area w non residents and non resident dogs, loud vulgar language and music. rewriting a lease or posting a policy on apt shared face book is the extent of their communication. You never see staff walking the grounds, going out of their way from sitting in the office, not recording complaints or who they are from for no follow up. Because there won’t be any. Apt ownership gets there money, you signed it, they have the rights.
