February 20, 2025This apartment complex used to be great before the apartment company took over. They have a new manager every year. The past two managers were great very friendly and always willing to help. This new manager that just came in is not very friendly she never has a smile on her face. She moved into the complex with what seems to be her mother and her sister. Her mother walks the property like she owns the place and likes to tell tenants what to do and not to do. Not very professional. If you like ...cockroaches and rental increases this is the place for you! Everyone has a guaranteed rental increase on New Year's guaranteed! August 24, 2015I feel that my Apartments are the ideal place to live, it's at the center of numerous shopping centers and available transportation,such as buses and trains...there are no comparable Apartments in this area...the least expensive apartments ,at 1200 sq ft. two bed rm units...close to beach and run by the best property managers on the planet,for real.Review from Apartments.com
