This is a good place to live, close enough to downtown and Fair Park, and even a couple minutes away from White Rock Lake, without being right next to all the chaos. Maintenance man available 24/7. Only thing is that office workers may be less than helpful from time to time. You're welcomed to talk directly to the manager though.
