Great single level apartment with a nice large floor plan from the huge living room to the bedroom. I've lived here for over the last 7 years considering the time of moving out then coming back again cause this place was very affordable for it's price and size but not only that I love the management here. Valerie the manager here is great!! She treats most of her tenants like family, she's always on the lookout and on guard and protects us and this place very well if there were things happening ...

outside of our gates, not only that she is always on top of our request and concerns when things needs to be fixed also keeping the yard and ground here nice and clean and you can't beat how nice and quiet this place is. The only compliant I have is the high PG&E bills no matter if it's winter or Summer, which summer can be the worst. Nothing here is energy efficient but of course you can't blame the manager for that! And not much is fix or upgraded yet each year for these past 2-3 years our rent has been raised! the landlord slaps some red paint on your door and then raises your rent.

Honestly, the Casa Linda Apartments are a nice place to call home. There are numerous families here in a quiet location. There are apartments a block away that always seem to have "unwanted attention", yet this diamond in the rough manages to remain untouched. The landlord is fantastic and on sight,she is attentive to tenant needs. There is a pool, no jacuzzi/spa. There are one and two bedroom apartments, what varies is whether you have a patio, garage or all of the above. Most tenants have ...

I absolutely love the quiet complex. The landscaping is beautiful. The neighbors are great, and I like that the manager lives on site. She's not all in your business either. However, they run a cheap budget for maintenance. They fix everything as cheap as they can and it doesn't last long. There are no laundry hookups and you have to pay $80 extra for a parking garage otherwise you're in the carport. The ac system is very old and they do not allow weatherization programs to update the units so ...

expect $300 pg&e bills in the summer. Other than that it's a nice place to live.
