Casa Verde Apartments: A Complete Disaster

Living at Casa Verde Apartments has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment you move in, the rude and unresponsive staff make it clear that your concerns are the least of their priorities. Need repairs? Good luck! They take forever to address maintenance issues, and when they finally show up, the quality of repair work is poor, leaving you to deal with the same problems over and over. The roach and mouse infestation is horrendous. You’ll share your living space with pests, no matter ...
how clean you try to keep your unit. If that’s not enough, the property is constantly overrun by vandalous kids with no supervision, damaging property and adding to the chaos. Broken washing machines mean laundry is always an issue, and with the trash piling up, it’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The broken security gate offers zero protection, which is a huge problem considering the high crime rate in the area. On top of that, the nearby school causes congested traffic every morning and afternoon, making coming and going a nightmare. To add insult to injury, the rent is outrageously high for what you get. Parking spaces are scarce, leaving you circling endlessly in frustration, and the general appearance of the place is dirty and run-down. Casa Verde Apartments is a disaster from top to bottom, and for the price they’re asking, you’d expect at least some basic livability. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I went to visit this property and I was really surprised, I've passed by on several occasions and I decided to stop and see them from the inside, i really was impressed the property is very well maintained the staff is very nice and the properties was kept very clean. Keep up the good work I think y'all work very well as a team, especially in the office thank you for making me feel very welcome.

Got robed 2 times, finish my contract n move but they wanted a 3 month notice!! Not a joke.. anyways the charge $1300 for not renewig the contract since they whanted a 3 month notice. N they pu it on your credit.. . Att,Cecilio gonzalez..
