I’ve lived many places in my life and this, by far, is the best of them all. One reason I love it here is because of the lush landscaping filled with well groomed trees and flowers. It makes me feel like I am in the tropics. There is a large pool & jacuzzi and both are kept very clean. I like the fact that the laundry room is open 24 hrs a day. My apartment home has a beautiful view of the surrounding hills & gives me a feeling of comfort. The management & maintenance staff are prompt & ...

These apartments are extremely old and nothing is updated. The garage keys don't work, the door key doesn't work, there is no kitchen disposal! Your trash will always be dripping and the dumpster is a very long walk. There is no AC but they swear is livable.. NOPE not in summer that was a lie. There are thousands of ants every morning no matter how clean you leave your apartment before bed. Cupboards are sticky with loads and LOADS of paint. Everything else such as towel holders are about to ...

break any day. The laundyy room card gets lost and you get charged $15 and the washers are tiny, old and expensive to use. They pinch every penny is what I am guessing the problem is with this place. I highly recommend looking elsewhere
