Worst management of all time...

They use the excuse, "the owners are Canadian, so i cant get a hold of them" VERY often... There is one maintenance man and he is always spread way too thin... if you want something done ask for it to be done a month or so before you need it done, otherwise it wont be. Other than that... Toilets don't flush well, water heaters make your showers hot and cold and hot and cold 3 times a minute, the AC units don't work well, there is always trash everywhere...

Older apartments but safe. The apartments are larger than the newer ones. This is a good place for those with modest budget and want a great surrounding neighborhood.

This complex is quiet old and a little out dated. They don't help much with any problems you have and it takes a while when they do. They have a maintenance man who tries to do to much and doesn't get to a lot, he doesn't live in the apartment so if you have an urgent problem in the evening then your out of luck. I had my air go out when it was 90 degrees and I was told I had to wait until the next day even though I have a small child.
