December 23, 2019Mold issue , alarm issue , property management is terrible , only time they contact you if to charge additional fees . Flooding of parking lot ... Need I say more?Property Manager Responded
December 26, 2019I'm sorry that you have not had a good experience at our property. We value every tenancy and try our best to address every non-emergency issue within a reasonable time frame. It is very concerning that you say you have/had a mold issue. Please contact me directly so that we can address your issues immediately - we would want to investigate a claim like that right away. Regarding additional fees - we do not charge any additional fees other than should you choose a month-to-month lease option at renewal, or perhaps have an after-hours lock-out. Unit 211
August 9, 2015Apartment iis 1 year old but with problems. The hot water runs out real fast and when you call maintain they always say there is no problem. No central air just electric window units which costs a lot in utilities plus does not work well and last it is to small for the price.Review from Apartments.com
