Good value in the middle of South End
September 30, 2020This complex offers the best deals you’ll find for a one bedroom unit in this area. The building is right in the middle of South End. An easy walk to almost everything! It was so nice to never have to think about driving and parking somewhere. There is a lot going on around the building regarding construction and restaurants/bars. But I lived there for two years and recently moved out, and I never had a problem with it. Great for someone who works Uptown or somewhere in South End. This complex is ...also a good bit quieter (less of a party scene) than some of the larger nearby apartment buildings.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Building is fine, surrounding area is a nightmare and management does nothing
August 29, 2020Don't get me wrong, the building itself is fine. The maintenance guys are awesome. But the building has been surrounded (literally on all sides) by construction for over a year. The street is often blocked on one end or the other, I have been trapped in the parking garage by construction vehicles and made late to work, kept up until midnight by drilling in the street outside, woken up by construction at 6:45 every morning (Mon-Sat), cussed out by construction workers who park wherever they want ...and block in residents -- all of which were shared with management and they did nothing. One of my neighbors was threatened physically by a worker when he asked him kindly to move his truck. I was told to call the police, which I did on a couple of occasions but to be honest it seemed like an abuse of police services. In addition, the beer garden next door has brought hundreds of drunk people to our street and on an almost nightly basis there is trash thrown or people urinating on the side of the building. Again, complaints were made to management with no response. It's a great deal for the area and decent space, but I will be moving out because I cannot deal with this anymore and would warn anyone considering this building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Best Value in the Queen City
August 13, 2015This four-story building is in South End, right on the edge of Uptown. A less-than-10-minute walk gets you to the local shops, bars/breweries and restaurants in South End and the walking in the opposite direction gets you to the ever-growing city streets. The apartments are bigger than anything else I've seen in the area, and much more affordable. If you don't need or want to pay for the amenities that some of the surrounding complexes offer, this place is your ticket. The management company is ...responsive and the cleaning crew does a great job. Parking in the garage under the building can be tight at times, but there are enough spots for one car per unit.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
