Safe and affordable!

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years now and I have no complaints! Area is well lit, building has 2 locked doors, and is right by downtown, making it very convenient. Manager and maintenance are very kind, understanding, and responsive. Repairs are done in a timely manner. Walls are thin, but neighbors are very friendly as well!

I lived here for one year, it was a pleasant experience. Apartment was clean and well maintained. The property manager is very nice. The on site maintenance responds quickly. Would highly recommend!

I lived there for 1 year. I do not recommend. Cockroaches and mold on the floor. The owner enters in to apartment without information, when I was in work (several times). Dirty and old laundry. Low price but It’s not worth it believe me.
