Okay to live here but needs a little handyman work dog park fence needs to be fix And price is a little high for what you get . Also needs air conditions in the apartments... I really like the manager Amanda she the best ...

HIDDEN FEES

lived here for about 7 months and would not recommend to anyone. The kids and the parents of the kids in the community have no respect for others yelling at the top of their lungs at the pool area at night (9pm) The Management team is absolutely terrible and will change the lease on you without notifying you because it's a completely different one from the one you sign and try to spam you out of more money but adding fees upon fees. Our lease was 8 months long and goes to month to month after ...

that. It stated that it was supposed to end in and notifying them 50 days before move out was not aload because of a 60days notice of vacate needed. Even though it was at the end of our lease. On top of the new month we have to pay we also got an increase in our price of rent! Because Colorado implemented thatlate fee law, the centre was charging $50 after 3 days late then $10 each day after. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY LIFE not to mention our water came out brown from the faucet?! Like whattt

We only moved here because we needed a roof over our heads. We lived here 4 years and numerous times we had mouse problems that the exterminator did not take care of. The exterminator is included in the additional charges every month. We also ended having roaches that the exterminator did nothing about. Complained to the management and they did nothing. Doorframes are cracked so bad a 4 years old coils kick the door open. They use the cheapest blinds that fall off all the time, then threaten to ...

charge you to replace them.

Worst Apartment Complex EVER!!

Should give them a zero. I lived here one year and it was miserable. They charge you for everything and they don't tell you about the fees until you get billed. You pay for Vallet Trash which is mandatory which sucks. When I moved out they charged me a second bill for water which was already billed in my last bill but they took it our of my deposit. Nobody picks up their dogs poop. Worse place I ever lived!!!

WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX

Dont move here!!!!! This use to be a family oriented community filled with laughter but now with new management its just a DUMP! You pay too much for a 1 bedroom, laundry room is so dirty and neighbors smoke weed in their apartment. The dog park looks like a dirty bathroom and I wouldnt recommend my kid to play on the grass since people never pick up their dogs poop. Maintenance is the only best thing about here.
