Poor managment.... Tenants keep up drama ... And gossip ... And the maintenance are hella slow with fixing anything ... If not at all ... Police always on the property.... And then watched individual walk around with guns ...not a safe apt complex.... Many tenants continue too move out ....poor lighting... In parking lots.... Drugs etc..... Wish i had chosen a better property.... In the beginning....

I have had a horrible experience.... Never can keep management/landlords ..... Always changing .... The tenant's are messy /keep up drama ... The older women .... Shooting etc .... Always hqve too call corporate office too handle issues on the property..... Truly a stressful experince..... Witnessed police being called out all the time .... On the property ...... Sunset acres is a bad area .... Gunshots going off every Saturday ......

centrum apartments is nice ,but the outside needs painting and the inside needs repairing... Centrum apartments are old ... I hate that we dont have a pool..

centrum apartments is a great place to live centrum surrounds all stores you need to go. centrum is very quite very comfortable place to live,centrum can stand a eblightmentto dwelling,centrum needs painting on the outside. centrum needs a little repairment in side and out of thr apartments.the staff at centrum are good people to be around.thry are very polite and make sure they accomdate your ticket orders it can be done.centrum get your repairing going on see how many more your neighbors would ...

come and live. centrum should have more compassionate neighbor and centrum would then have more love more laugh and ore living.Try centrum!!!
