This property is so NICE
October 3, 2025I have been a temp leasing agent here at Century Town Center for 8 weeks now. Great clean property with Gina as the Community director. Gina is great. I have worked in the management and leasing side of property management and Gina is by far the best. Very Caring and she knows each and every resident and their lovely pets. I cannot express how happy you will be if you lease at Century Town Homes. Great location and so close to all you may need within walking distance. January 6, 2025Been going downhill since 2021. Dirty breezeways. Is there a landscaper anymore? Gym equipment is outdated; broken. They “fix” it then it breaks quickly again. Office staff do not follow up on anything. They just smile and say they’ll address it…but never do.Property Manager Responded

January 1, 2025If you rent this place just to let you know this is a beautiful place to come. I love the pool, the gym and the lobby are amazing. Our 1 bedroom town homes is beautiful and very spacious with high ceilings, large kitchen ,room and garage. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and the on-site staff Gina and Robyn are incredibly friendly and responsive to any issues that arise. They made my stay at this property memorable. September 8, 2024I recently moved into **Century Town Center**, and my experience has been largely positive. The **location** is fantastic, with easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation. It’s conveniently close to work and local parks, which makes it an ideal spot for professionals and families alike. The **apartment amenities** are well-maintained, including the fitness center, swimming pool.
