September 13, 2023Chandler’s Wharf has been my home for years now. My experience living here has been nothing short of positive. Although inexpensive, you will not be sacrificing quality for the price! The apartments themselves are upkept and clean upon moving in. Any maintenance issues I’ve had over the years were promptly addressed and resolved by the awesome staff here. Health/ Living Hazard
December 16, 2021Apartments are old and unkept. Serious accident waiting to happen. Balcony beams rotted out, tubs sound like they’re about to go through the floor as you stand in them, and the water pressure is horrible. Neighbors…worst experience ever!Review from Apartments.com
