You will get your car unnecessarily and frequently towed ($125 to retrieve and happened twice resulting in $250) because of construction workers disorganization blocking 10-15 parking spots, management not being helpful when it comes to overseeing the disorganization AND being deceitful after informing you the security guard was told NOT to call the towing company again, yet still did.. There is no organization, no responsibility, no empathy, or straight answer.

I would like to start off by thanking you for your feedback. I am aware that the parking situation has been a bit difficult during this construction process and I assure you we are working alongside construction to make this a bit less of a hassle. Vehicles get towed only if they are not in accordance to our Parking Policy. I understand that not being able to park directly in front of your building could be a hassle. As construction gets closer to an end, this problem should soon go away, and our residents will be able to enjoy parking near their building once again.
