Rent this place. It's convenience to a lot of places BUT...only BUT you are willing to deal with unethical management. They would do whatever they can to keep your money. This place -management and investors - don't comply to Landlords and tenants regulations. Even movers company also won't do business if related to this place. I hope the regulators will audit this place and give our normal citizen some justice. I would definitely stay away from this place.
Over regulated corrupt board and manager

I lived there for just over 3 years and this has to be the worst place that I have ever seen. You feel uncomfortable because of the micro management from manager and the board. They have assessment fees very often and the people who are hired are "connected" to the board and manager.
It's a very corrupt place to invest or live in. On top of all of this, the manager is rude and disrespectful. She doesn't hesitate to use dirty language in front of kids and the other people living there. ...
Stay as far away as possible from this place or you will have lots of headaches!
The condo/HOA fee is very high and it's a bit puzzling that you pay all this money and have to deal with this rude and angry manager.
You were warned! Do NOT go to this place!
