Management will charged me for a window that took them 2.5 years to fix and I didnt even break. The window was cracked from the outside. And I reported it when I first moved in.

I've lived upstairs and it was horrible! Pigeon poop everywhere and they expect you to have outdoor furniture smh! Front desk hispanic woman barely speaks english ! Maintenance comes in your house without knocking first. When i moved out they took more than half my deposit becaise it wasnt "professionally cleaned" i scrubbed walls and shampoo'd !!

They're horrible once it comes to fixing stuff inside the apartments. The manager is rude and doesnt take your requests seriously. I've lasted days with my sink broken and supposedly she said was going to send someone to fix it and never did so my apartment ended up smelling.

If you want to get the value for the rent you pay at Cheyenne Crossing Apartments, you might not want to hold your breath. Those apartments are the worst we’ve ever lived in. My husband and I were horrified to wake up and find roaches crawling in our daughter’s crib just 24 hours after we moved in. What we thought was a rare random occurrence, became our everyday nightmare. When we reported the roaches to the same nice lady manager who showed the apartment to us in the beginning, we were ...
besieged with inspection notices where the management tried to assign blame on us. She went from beautiful to bitchy with the snap of two fingers. The irony is that we NEVER had a bug problem in our previous homes. Not to mention the fact our apartment was immaculate each and every time they inspected. Every single notice was given with 24 hours notice, and if we had anything planned, we had to cancel just to accommodate the inspection. We discovered the first roach in our daughter’s crib only days after we moved in. Within one week, bugs were found in the bathroom and kitchen.

pigeon poop everywhere it is disgusting our patio is covered and our staircase as well . . . management don't fix things if they feel its not needed . . we have a whole list of problems like a dead bird smell that comes from our vents when the heat or air turn on and floors weren't cleaned properly before move in to us finding problems years later that are unseen hazards . when we changed our light bulb in our bedroom the whole thing fell down because it wasn't installed properly and is only ...
