This a good complex if you have safety concerns. The people who are here get to know each other for the most part and look out for one another. It predominantly has an older crowd, so that cuts down on a lot of the noise and behavior that can go on at bigger apt buildings. The staff is quick to resolve maintenance issues. They rarely have to shut off water to make repairs and try to give notice if possible. They have the units treated by pest control every 3 months. You have a choice between ...
optimum or vexxus here for internet. Quick access to planet fitness, drug emporium and Allsup's which are all within walking distance. Only down fall is the floor in between units is paper thin.

So I have lived here a year now. Extended basic cable is included.
So is water. When I do the math, nothing in town compares, and I've lived in Abilene 45+ years. The present manager (2020) is a very kind and wonderful person. The maintenance staff is ON IT! the grounds are beautiful, with lots and lots of shade trees. It is safe, the neighbors look out for each other, and it is really a hidden gem. You will not find a better apt value in Abilene. It is also in the best school district in ...

This is the longest time I've ever spent in one apt complex since being out on my own. Loved living 9 years in the town homes here as well. Felt just like a hose, not an "apt". Due to some unforeseen circumstances, my son and I had to down size to a small apt. The staff is nice , they keep the grounds clean, we have great neighbors who look out for one another and we feel so safe living here. Having a police officer living in the complex is also a plus (If we ever have the funds to move ...
