Definitely no longer recommend Chisholm Place Apts. Have been a resident here for over 7 years. The current management is the poorest I have ever seen. If you like waiting 2-3 weeks to get appliances changed out and then with the lowest quality reinstalled, or inadequate parking that you now can pay a $25 per month surcharge for to keep from having to vie for parking with other residents,their guests and God knows who else is parking here. Or maybe you will enjoy having your air conditioner out ...
for 5 days in 100 degree temperatures only to be told after repeatedly having to call the office to then discover they don't have adequate parts on hand or spare units to replace known aged units. If you like being treated slum tenant then this place is for you, but not for me.

They will take your deposit if you do not pay to have your carpets shampooed, which is against the law (look up normal wear and tear in Texas.) They also forced me to breathe in toxic chemicals because they refused to open the windows of three units adjacent to me that were being “resurfaced”. The fumes from that came in to my apartment through the connected ventilation system and gave me a headache. At the end of my stay I found a baby roach in my kitchen cabinets (against the wall we shared ...
with a neighbor). Glad I moved when I did. Upset that I wasted my time trying to clean the place to get my deposit back. Should have left it for them to do. There are no amenities and the front desk people are rude on occasion. Only positive is the maintenance guys, who are friendly and do their best.

I moved in here January of 2015 and have had problems ever since. If you get a townhome here prepare for it to be always hot upstairs. The matienence guys must have little experience because they were out here all summer. I was expecting luxury but everything including the "Salt water pool" sucks. Save your money and go somewhere else
