Current property manager fails to pick up discarded furniture, mattresses, etc. Sometime these items are deposited in the dumpsters meant for garbage resulting in no room for real garbage so people place their garbage outside the dumpster. The previous property manager had large separate dumpsters and the property crew used a pickup truck each day to remove the discarded furniture, mattresses, etc. There is absolutely no reason for the community to have to deal with this awful eyesore!
If your washing machine breaks, good luck.

We've been living on this property for over a year and a half now. Normally, we have little to no issue- with neighbors, the office, or maintenance. Most often maintenance comes and fixes the issue within a week. But, since being moved to a different but identical unit due to emergency sewer maintenance, we've had issues with our washing machine. Do not move here you will regret it! The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors clearly even if they are just talking. It’s even worse if you live under someone.
