New Management Just Does Not Care
November 14, 2020Not the same vibe as prior management and office staff...They send a phony vibe and only seem to care about the money they receive from rent, move out fees etc... Apartment layouts are nice. But, very cheaply built. Prior staff made us feel like valued tenants with luxury amenities to top it off...Amenities are being depleted and you don’t get all that was advertised that you’re paying for...Property Manager Responded
December 28, 2020We are sorry you are not happy with the services we provide. There have been some changes since March when we were very restricted with COVID limitations. However, the pool area, fitness center, and grilling areas are open 24/7 to our customers and we strive to provide the best customer service possible. Including accepting packages for our residents and providing drinks and treats in our leasing office. We are open to any new suggestions you may have to provide better customer service in the future. Best Apartments On The Peninsula
September 6, 2019My wife & I have lived at Alta Citizen since January, 2019. We toured almost every luxury apartment complex in Hampton and Newport News (Pinnacle, The Chapman, Radius, Venture etc), and all of them fell short of Alta Citizen. The grounds, amenities and apartment homes are stunning. But the staff is what really puts this complex in a league of its own. Nancy, Jasmine and Maurice always greet us with a smile, and they know us by name. They consistently go above and beyond to serve my wife & I, and ...they are always kind and professional. Of course there are things we would change about Alta if we could, and yes, it is very expensive. But every penny is worth it. As long as we rent in the Hampton Roads area, it will be Alta Citizen!Property Manager Responded
