August 7, 2015I'd say my apartment is really good especially since we got new owners. However the price did go up a little and it would be really great if I could win this since I'm going to college and working a full-time job just to make ends meet. Citrus view (aka paper walls)
July 30, 2015My complex started out ok but then it was bought by new owners and things are going down hill. Inew people are coming and going all the time. On one side all they do is yell and fight with each other an on the other it sounds like there kids never sleep and just scream all the time. I have to constantly call the front office for any repair to the unit to be done (there still things now that they haven't taken care of yet) and there are vicious cats everywhere. One even attacked my 15 year old dog ...while I was with him and he was trying to go potty. The new owners are horrible but I can't give up on a good price that my rent is now so I bare it. :-/Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
