The grounds are always well-kept, the staff are extremely pleasant and are always willing to help. We had issues with air conditioning and they were very attentive in helping us.

The location is great right next to I-40. Very convenient to many stores and everything else you might need. The staff has been pretty helpful with any maintenance issues we've had so far.

CLAIRMONT at FARMGATE in Raleigh is the best place to live! We have everything here at Clairmont! Unlike most other apartments, we are a gated community which enhances our living conditions with the security. We must keep a key to get in the courtyard which provides us with a beautiful pool and an outdoor grill and great chairs for socializing. We are located in the perfect location near shopping and schools, yet we are secluded from the noise and traffic. My apartment is immaculate and when ...
I need anything, the leasing staff is ready to help me. I would recommend Clairmont to anyone!

These apartments offer the best of both worlds: location and convenience. It only takes about 15 minutes to get anywhere (except maybe Durham LOL)and the apartments have some great added features like the big storage closets, the bigger kitchen, the bigger tub, etc...if you need a great location that is quiet and not too expensive, this is the place!
