May 18, 2025More crime than ever here now. More people smoking weed and management not doing anything about it. My car got broken into my building got shot up. I used to love it here but now I absolutely hate it here. Not safe.Review from Apartments.com

April 14, 2025Nice quiet location with great views of the mountains. Buildings are older but units have been generally well maintained (I’ve lived in a one bedroom & 2 bedroom here). Any maintenance concerns have been fixed in a timely manner. Complex has a nice little gym, pool, fire pit/grill area and decent sized dog parks.Property Manager Responded
