Neighbors have been nice. The apartment fits our living needs. The bedrooms are spacious. The pool is awesome. Like that we have the wooded Hill as a view. I like the turkeys that come around and the occasional deer.

the couple minor issues on move in date was mostly taken care of almost same day the place was dirty so that was disappointing to have to clean the entire place before moving in but for the most part this place has been great so far

We have been very impressed by the professionalism of the front office. Sanie and her team have went above and beyond to make the residents feel at home. We have been searching for our next place with management companies with no luck. Other complexes didn’t have the size we needed until later or would try to squeeze us into a one bedroom the size of a closet. I’m so glad we made an appointment to come to CACR! The view is great but having management that cares is top tier for me and my husband.

Its a very pretty area, i love where im staying at right now, it's really comfortable! I love the view from the patio as well, i get to see one of the mountains, and I've seen a lot of wildlife.

I take my dog to the dog park and the pool area is really nice. There is a fire pit that we go to and sit around at nite. It is really nice environment to live at.

Moved in first of July. Having issue with elder bugs infesting my apt. Patio door doesn’t lock. Horrible odor in the hallway in front of my door stairways are filthy. Shower tub was clogged and the handles on kitchen sink are loose. Apartment was not cleaned that well not final inspection completed before moving in very disappointing. Front door takes awhile to lock. Door seems to be misaligned.

More crime than ever here now. More people smoking weed and management not doing anything about it. My car got broken into my building got shot up. I used to love it here but now I absolutely hate it here. Not safe.

It was good everything i experienced so far I like fitness center the pool and most importantly having a patio to walk out to. The convenience of being closer to my work and less travel time
