    I think this is a great place to live overall, and I’d give it 3 stars. The space itself is really nice, and I love how much room there is for dogs and kids to play. However, there are a few issues that bring my rating down. There is no gym available, and there hasn’t been any communication or instruction on how to use amenities like the fireplace or the community grills. It feels like we’re missing out on features that should be included. Because the gym is closed and the fireplace isn’t ...
    usable, I believe residents should receive some kind of rent discount since we’re paying for amenities we can’t actually use. Another major concern is the pest problem. There are hundreds of box elder bugs and a large number of wasps in and around my home and patio, which has been very frustrating to deal with. Overall, it’s a good place with a lot of potential, but these issues definitely need to be addressed.

    I had scheduled 4 appointments to look at different apartments including cliffs at canyon ridge. Cliffs was scheduled first and i had talked to the lady in the office the day prior. When I arrived at Cliffs the next day, was introduced to Trish. And let me just say the meeting & interaction with her is a huge reason on why I chose Cliffs! (Needless to say the other 3 appointments was canceled) She made me feel very welcome and confident I was going to choose the right place. Not once did she make ...
    me feel like I was out of place and don't belong. (If you seen me, you would understand why i say this im tatted from had to toe) She left no question unanswer and was more than confident, with every question she did, answer. The Apartments i'm very well taking care of inside and out. Not a doubt in my mind if I ever needed any kind of assistance and or help that it would be provided by her and or any other staff there! So thank you Trish for helping me get into my new home! You're a rockstar!

    Very beautiful views, nice pool, pretty apartments, the fire pit is beautiful and brings a lot of the neighbors together for barbecue ls in the summer time and everyone has a fun time listening to music and eating food and talking around the fire. There is deer and dragon flys seen a lot during the summer and it’s so pretty!

    It’s been great here! Everyone’s super friendly! The staff have been awesome and have put up with my constant calling and asking questions so I appreciate that lol. Wish there was a hot tub but the pools not alsoways cold so that’s ok. And I love the parking permits yall have enforced! Really helps with making sure we can park in our spots and not have to worry about them. I appreciate yall so much!

    Neighbors have been nice. The apartment fits our living needs. The bedrooms are spacious. The pool is awesome. Like that we have the wooded Hill as a view. I like the turkeys that come around and the occasional deer.

    the couple minor issues on move in date was mostly taken care of almost same day the place was dirty so that was disappointing to have to clean the entire place before moving in but for the most part this place has been great so far

    We have been very impressed by the professionalism of the front office. Sanie and her team have went above and beyond to make the residents feel at home. We have been searching for our next place with management companies with no luck. Other complexes didn’t have the size we needed until later or would try to squeeze us into a one bedroom the size of a closet. I’m so glad we made an appointment to come to CACR! The view is great but having management that cares is top tier for me and my husband.

    Its a very pretty area, i love where im staying at right now, it's really comfortable! I love the view from the patio as well, i get to see one of the mountains, and I've seen a lot of wildlife.
