Buyers and Renters Beware

Ive owned my unit for over 4 years now and have been on the renting waiting list for awhile now. I was very impressed with the building and the flat style layout. Dont get me wrong the units are nice but the people and policies you must obey are outrageous.
For one the fining policy is not stated in the Cloud 9 rules. If you violate any of them you will be fined and the amount is up to the Board. The fines are not small (starting in the ...
hundreds) and go all the way up to $1,000.
When someone complains about you to the property manager you will be getting smacked with a couple hundred dollar fine. People love to complain here too!
It states you can appeal a fine but you most likely wont be able too, it will just be tacked on to your monthly payment if you try to appeal it.
Cloud 9 advertises as having a car wash but it is a sign that says "Car Wash" and it is a hose in the ground with a bucket. Fancy car wash huh?
If you have a dog I suggest not living here. The building may be "dog friendly" but it doesnt feel that way. If your dog barks at the wrong person or pees in the wrong area you will be getting an email from the property manager with a nice hefty fine along with it.
Cloud 9 has a gym but if you drop a weight or misplace a weight youll get in trouble too. They are always watching you in this building.
I only live in my unit 6 months out of the year and when I am living here it is not enjoyable. I feel like I have to walk on eggshells with all the cameras and people who like to rat.
I have a heated parking spot and it is not heated but it is enclosed and you have to enter a garage door that is closed in with a wall instead of a fence unlike the other covered parking.
