entrances/exits. Enough about location, the park itself is just amazing. Firstly it's beautiful, both inside and out; really makes you forget where you really are. Next, literally everyone I met there, which unfortunately haven't been many, are all the greatest people in the world. Carol the property manager works excellently with you no matter what the complaint is, and the maintenance crew there are to you within minutes, at least when on the clock. They even helped me move some stuff in and their schedules are always courteous unless you're someone like me who enjoys sleeping in a little. Unfortunately, things of course cannot be 100% sunshine and rainbows. The only bad things I have to say though is the lights outside are ridiculous and makes it hard to sleep sometimes and the installed blinds don't make it super easy to block out. The main thing I had an issue with is the on-site laundry. It's a $1.25 per run plus an extra $0.25 for an extra 10 min if you so choose. Washers were great, they got stuff clean and you can overload them a little without issue, but the dryers were not and extra was always required. Also being in more of an enclosed area, noise travels. Anyone who has a window open and is slightly loud can/will be heard. Plus get ready for any children who are out to play, as the park is perfect for them. Last thing is the heating installed is not the greatest, so get an extra blanket for the winter and a few fans for the summer time because the ventilation is also not the best unless you open literally all the windows. Overall, this place is absolutely amazing, and the price is just right. If you're looking for a perfect spot and not incredibly picky, you have no need to look any further. Online rent payments, excellent central location, solid size storage rooms, and of course, so quite and beautiful you will WANT people to come visit. Pros very much outweigh the cons; I highly recommend.

Joes, Pittford Plaza, many restaurants...and the best part - great schools in the Brighton district! I also have 2 cats and this is a wonderful place for them. They especially love hanging out in the screened-in porch. No issues so far doing laundry in the basement - maybe I tend to go when no one else goes, but I've never had a problem with waiting. The only drawback I see is those who live on the ground floor can hear the garage doors opening, but hey - what a wonderful benefit having your own garage doors! I can hear the people above me walking, so if you are sensitive to noise, maybe try to get an apartment on the top floors.
