I have lived here 2 years and have been so happy with the experience! Milagro is amazing, always willing to help and during our first week even gave us her personal phone number when we had an issue late at night. A terrible place to live

A terrible place to live. First few months of living here it was hot as hell, why? Because when they "renovated" it the first time they plastered over the air vents. Their fix? smash it with a hammer and send dust all through the apartment. They had the nerve to raise the rent after. Also don't plan on having any guests over, there won't be any parking for them, at all, and if they park anywhere inside they will be towed, no warning. Trash over flowing from the dumpsters and power often ...

Top it all off, come baseball season, driving into and out of the apartment complex will take forever and late at night when your settling down they will fire off fire works, and no i don't mean bottle rockets and fountains. I mean full blown giant morters that will shake the entire apartment. Now they plan on kicking out people to paint it with a frsh new coat and raise the price even more. They rented us a unit that was completely infested with Cockroaches!!! They were everywhere. In the refrigerator,the dishwasher,our beds! I work from home and they were literally crawling on me as I was on my phone and computer. We left after 10 days. Had to throw everything we own away because the roaches got into everything and we were left homeless. They did let us out of the lease but it took over a month to get our money back. The garbage area is disgusting. The girl in the office is rude ...

Coachman club is a great apartment to live in very well kept. Everything you need is near from grocery shopping department stores beaches etc.my apartment is just right for me, rob the maintenance guy is amazing he’s the best of the best he definitely gets the job done fast! When my ac went out on a Saturday he came and fixed it in no time crystal the new property manger is awesome too the best duo for coachman club apartments

We have lived here for two years now and we love it. After owning our own home for twenty years, we moved to Coachman Club Apartments. We have not regretted our decision for a moment. The apartment is perfect for us and has an eat-in kitchen, nice sized living room, and two bedrooms with plenty of space for all our “stuff.” Outside, the grounds are filled with trees and grassy spaces – not just the usual parking lot and concrete sidewalks everywhere. maintenance supervisor (Rob) and property manager (Crystal) are very friendly, skilled, and super helpful. Crystal is new here, and she has already made a big impact. We have truly been impressed at how fast she is to take care of things and put things in order. It has been SO nice to let someone else handle the mowing, the landscaping and the pool maintenance. There is a picnic area and grill next to the pool. In the summer, we enjoy walking across the street to watch minor league baseball games at sunset. And on some Saturdays, the ball field puts on a fireworks display. It is kind of an impromptu social event – when we hear the fireworks, lots of residents rush outside and we watch them together (we have great neighbors). It is a great location for us. Our daughters live just a few minutes away and come over often, Walmart, Chick-fil-a and Home Depot are just a hop, skip and a jump and Clearwater Beach is about ten minutes from here. Now if they could just do something about the hot Florida summers! lol

Tekka the property manager is amazing. She truly the best. She has the best customer services. Very knowledgeable , very outgoing, very understanding, very caring.
She goes way beyond her job duties. If there is an issue call her once and she's got it fixed with in minutes.No question.She takes great pride of the property. Always there for us the residents.

I've lived here for the past year with roommates and my dog, and I gotta say I'm really sad that I have to leave, because I love this place!
The apartment we lived in was newly renovated, with new appliances and a brand new washer/dryer. I believe the complex was taken over by new ownership right before we moved in.
