However, the resolution regarding my $200 holding fee proved arduous, requiring numerous calls and ultimately a four-week waiting period as communicated by the collections department.This prolonged and frustrating experience, compounded by the lack of communication and professionalism, has left me deeply dissatisfied. Despite the courteous demeanor of the leasing office staff, the inefficiencies within their processes and lack of accountability are evident. Even during my visit for a property tour, I encountered further inconvenience due to construction debris causing damage to my vehicle.In light of these issues, I caution others to exercise caution when considering engagement with this company. While the properties may appear enticing, the associated challenges and financial inconveniences are not worth the risk.
