I've been here two years now, and I have no regrets! I love my apartment, in fact it's as good as being back at home, maybe even a little quieter.

I honestly have no complaints whatsoever. From the day I moved in til now, everything has been quite well, besides minor problems not worth discussing. The apartments are located right across from the MTSU campus, literally withing walking distance no more than 5 minutes, so If you're a freshman or new to the area and don't have transportation back and forth to class, it's no biggie. Also located within short distance is the Kroger market, Shell gas station, and a few restaurants, which are also ...
within walking distance. the grounds are well taken care of and the staff are all friendly and fairly nice people. Inside the apartments are spacious bedrooms, walk-in closets, each bedroom has their own private bathrooms with marble floors. Furniture; bedding, tv, dressers, are all included to fit your needs. The area it's located is fairly quiet. College Pointe is a nice place to live for someone attending the Middle Tennessee State University.
