WARNING: DO NOT MOVE HERE!
November 7, 2025This apartment complex is absolutely DISGUSTING and DANGEROUS. It’s completely roach infested, and management does nothing about it. There are shootings almost every day, and you’ll never feel safe living here. To make things worse, someone broke into my car, and the office acted like they couldn’t care less. They don’t protect residents, they don’t care about your personal belongings, and they refuse to take responsibility for anything that happens on their property. This place should honestly ...be shut down. If you value your safety, peace, and money — stay far away from this complex. Save yourself the stress and live anywhere else!Property Manager Responded

Terrible apartment
June 6, 2025As a service member, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this apartment complex due to significant issues with both the property and customer service. The unit I was assigned had serious plumbing problems, including sewage backup from multiple apartments, resulting in human waste entering my bathtub and leaking around the toilet. This situation led to a hospitalization due to water contamination. Despite these hazardous conditions, management has refused to terminate my lease and ...has only offered to relocate me to a renovated unit at the end of the month. I have been advised to continue living in a unit that presents serious health risks, including exposure to black mold. Given these circumstances, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this apartment complex to anyone.Property Manager Responded

Terrible maintenance, too expensive
January 16, 2022Maintenance never knows how to fix anything. Multiple neighbors have reported squirrels in there ceiling and landlord never fixed the problem. The neighborhood has many empty apartments because people refuse to live in a unsafe, and over priced area.Property Manager Responded

Gave Me A Second Chance
August 20, 2015I moved to these apartments after living a 2 years in hotels (with 2 kids) in the area through their second chance program because i lost everything. When i entered the rental office, the resident manager was so understanding of my situation a didnt hesitate to complete my paper work. The apartments itself are very cosey and spacious. The neighborhood surrounding these apartments has a kind of not so good reputation but suprizingly it seems that im in a whole different neighborhood... Washer and ...dryers in the units are really a plus in my case,so im even more pleased... And their also pet friendly so my kids could keep their dog. Its alot i can express, too much to type...But yeah im a very happy costumer... I jus hope im actually doing a ok review right now,because my words cant really express the blessing Colony Square Apartments has given me and my kids... Thanks for reading... Perfection
August 20, 2015I love my one bedroom apartment. I call it my home. My place of peace. I love the kitchen because of the large counter space. Perfect for me because I love to cook. I also love my bathroom because of counter space & mini closet. Us Women use a lot of products and need the space. The living room is perfect with the balcony.
